Job Description: As the Country Lead for France, you'll be instrumental in launching Copecart's operations in this new market. Your role involves strategic planning, conducting market analysis, and customizing our business operations to align with the specific needs of the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for entering the French market.
• Build and manage a local team, nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors in France.
• Supervise marketing, sales, and operational activities specific to the French market.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and cultural nuances.
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share in France.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in roles such as Managing Director or Country Lead, with a focus on expanding into new markets.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Deep understanding of the French business landscape and digital market trends.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or digital product sales is highly preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
