We enable our vendors to forget the tedious and time-consuming paperwork and focus entirely on their business goals. Our sales platform sees itself as a full-service provider that supports the vendor in all phases of the process - from setting up the product, through sales, payment processing

and accounting, to the subsequent analysis of comprehensive statistics. We stand for flexibility, creativity and start-up mentality.

To expand our Customer Support Team in the US, we are offering you a position in Customer Supporter as soon as possible.

This is your mission as a Customer Supporter:

  • You are the contact person for business customers
  • Answer inbound customer requests and document relevant case information
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
  • User support via chat function

Stellenanforderungen

Your requirements:

  • Native (or near native) in English
  • Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
  • Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
  • Treat all data and personal information with utmost confidentiality
